We want everyone to be able to conduct their financial business from our website and banking app.

• On a Windows PC computer, press the Windows key and plus sign (+) at the same time. Continue pressing plus (+) until you have zoomed in as far as you need. You can also use the "Magnifier" application under "Accessories" to zoom in.

• On a Mac computer, navigate to "System Preferences", open "Universal Access" and select the "Seeing" tab. From there, check the box under "Zoom" to "On."  

• On your Apple device, tap "Settings", then "General", then "Accessibility." Tap the "Zoom" button and toggle it to "On." 

• In Mozilla Firefox, select "Options", then "Content", then "Fonts & Colors." 

• In Safari, select "Preferences," then the "Appearance" tab, then hit the "Select…" button next to the font fields. 

• In Chrome, navigate to "Preferences," activate the "Show advanced settings" link, navigate to the "Web content" heading and there will be several accessibility options, including:

• Font size
• Customize fonts
• Page zoom 

• There are various free options available including VoiceOver for Mac and NVDA for Windows. We recommend JAWS for Windows. You can use this with your web browser of choice. 

• Screen readers accept input in a variety of ways, but one of the most common forms is through your keyboard. For example, by pressing the down arrow in JAWS, you are able navigate through the items on the page. JAWS will also accept Braille input. 

There are many features to use on your mobile device to assist in accessibility. Below are some tools you can use for both your Android and your iOS device(s): 

• VoiceOver for iOS and TalkBack for Android are the screen readers that come built-in to the operating systems. To turn on VoiceOver, navigate to "Settings," then "General," to "Accessibility," and then turn "VoiceOver" on. You can set the “Accessibility Shortcut” to “VoiceOver” from the "Accessibility" page in order to triple-click the "Home" button to toggle VoiceOver on and off. TalkBack has a similar feature. Go to Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack to turn on TalkBack. To enable TalkBack shortcut, go to Settings > Accessibility and turn on the Volume Key Shortcut. You can then hold the volume keys for a few seconds to turn TalkBack on or off. 

• "Zoom," "Magnifier," "Invert Colors," "Color Filters," and "Reduce White Point" are other features and tools on iOS that you can use and are available through the “Accessibility Shortcut.”
